A Thorough Approach to the Home Inspection
We don’t want you to miss out on any information about your prospective home, which is why two experienced inspectors are present at every inspection. Together, we inspect the home from roof to foundation, making sure nothing in between gets left out of our report.

The Create Request List (CRL™) and Navigating Your Inspection Report
After your home inspection, you will receive a home inspection report in 24 hours, delivered conveniently by email. Inside, you will find a detailed but easy-to-understand write-up about the home and its repair needs, clear photos of important systems and components, and video where it is helpful. With all of this information, you will be able to make decisions about your purchase with confidence.
A tool called the Create Request List™ (CRL™) will also be included with the report and allows you to build your project list of repairs directly from our findings.
